Subject: [PATCH 04/10] module: extract EXPORT_SYMBOL() from module.h into mod_export.h

The next commit will add a new implementation of EXPORT_SYMBOL() in
arch-independent assembly language. It will be used by the build system
to help sort the list of symbols exported by the kernel.

Both implementations will live in the same file, to make it clear that
they should be kept in sync. Moving them to mod_export.h will avoid
cluttering module.h with "ifndef __ASSEMBLY__".
