Subject: [PATCH 14/17] hpsa: Flush cache with interrupts still enabled.

hpsa: Flush cache with interrupts still enabled.  It's not
necessary to disable interrupts prior to flushing the cache
on driver unload.  Also, don't dma from the stack.
