Subject: [PATCH 4/4] perf bench: Modify Makefile to build new subsystem "mem"
This patch modifies Makefile to build new subsystem "mem".
Because of the dependency on architecture of "mem",
new option "-D$(uname_M)" was added to CFLAGS.
