Subject: [PATCH 13/35] KVM: SVM: Cleanup NMI singlestep

From: Jan Kiszka <jan.kiszka@....de>

Push the NMI-related singlestep variable into vcpu_svm. It's dealing
with an AMD-specific deficit, nothing generic for x86.
