Subject: [PATCH 4/7] x86/Kconfig.cpu: add CPU_SUP_AMD_32 and CPU_SUP_CENTAUR_32

Add CPU_SUP_AMD_32 and CPU_SUP_CENTAUR_32. Used later in selecting
possible MTRR implementations.
