Kernel Panic not syncing. Profile 0 (used by '<kernel>') not defined

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:

I use and test linux container extensively ; it has been running for a while. Today after a restart I start the container and get kernel panic. The whole system freeze and require a reset button. Even SysRQ does not work. 

The message 

Kernel Panic not syncing. Profile 0 (used by '<kernel>') not defined 

is printed on the console

It seems it happened with only one of my container and not with others. I still keep that root tree of that containers intact for debugging purposes. That container has been running without problem for long time

Happened with 2.6.31.7 and 2.6.32 (source from kernel.org )

N/A, the only message could be captured is above.

just do  'lxc-start -n build-bart' make it happen
