Subject: [PATCH] xfs: Convert some trace events to DEFINE_TRACE

Use DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS/DEFINE_EVENT to remove duplicate code:

To test this patch, I compared the format files of trace events,
before and after patching:

  $ cat `find /debug/tracing/events/xfs/ -name format` > format2.txt
  $ diff format.txt format2.txt
  $
