Subject: HTC Dream: Hook up LEDs
Hook up LEDS on HTC Dream.
(#ifdef CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM is actually neccessary, otherwise it
breaks boot if CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM is not set).
