Subject: [PATCH 10/14] compat: convert to use COMPAT_SYSCALL_DEFINE#N()
convert kernel/compat.c to use the new COMPAT_SYSCALL_DEFINE#N macro. Thus,
tying these syscalls into the syscall event layer.
