Subject: [PATCH 2/2] rt: Remove CONFIG_STACK_TRACER from DEBUG_COUNT
Remove CONFIG_STACK_TRACER from DEBUG_COUNT so that reminder messages
are printed correctly, and don't leave an empty reminder block for example.
