Subject: [PATCH tip/core/rcu 06/48] rcu: Fix bogus CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING in comments to reflect reality.
It is CONFIG_DEBUG_LOCK_ALLOC rather than CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING, so fix it.
