Subject: [PATCH 3/8] HWPOISON, hugetlb: enable error handling path for hugepage

This patch just enables handling path. Real containing and
recovering operation will be implemented in following patches.

Dependency:
  "hugetlb, rmap: add reverse mapping for hugepage."
