Subject: [GIT PULL] sound fixes for 2.6.35-rc2

Linus,

please pull sound fixes for v2.6.35-rc2 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git for-linus

A few big chunks can be found in this pull request, but these are all
for USB audio-v2 stack. Things about USB audio v2 get steady now
(hopefuly).

The other changes are spotty local fixes and quirk additions.

Thanks!

Takashi
