Subject: [PATCH 6/12] scsi: megaraid_sas - Online Controller Reset (OCR) :
 IOCTL cmds need to wait for OCR finish

During the Online Controller Reset (OCR), all applications cmds need to wait for the OCR to finish, then can issue new cmds to FW.
