Subject: [PATCH 2/3] drivers/net/wireless/b43: Logging cleanups
Convert the logging macros and printks to a more standardized style.
Add underscores to b43 logging macros:
b43info -> b43_info
b43err -> b43_err
b43warn -> b43_warn
b43dbg -> b43_dbg
Use pr_<level> in a few places.
Add KERN_<level> in a few places.
Coalesced some format strings.
