Subject: [PATCH] DaVinci: dm365: Added clockout2 management and set_sysclk_rate

From: Davide Bonfanti <davide.bonfanti@...cino.it>

Added also possibility to set sysclk frequency.

Added possibility to set clockout2 frequency.
Clockout2 is a child of pll1_sysclk9, because they have
    the same pll divisor.

This patch has been developed against the
    http://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/khilman/linux-davinci.git
git tree and tested on bmx board.
