Subject: [PATCH 13/33] Replacing LEDS_OMAP_DEBUG with OMAP_DEBUG_LEDS
LEDS_OMAP_DEBUG doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore replacing all
references for it with OMAP_DEBUG_LEDS from the source code.
