Subject: [PATCHv6 7/9] FS: convert all file-systems and VFS to new SB accessors.

From: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@...ia.com>

Convert all file-systems and VFS to the new SB accessors.
IOW, just mechanically change:

sb->s_dirt = 1  to sb_mark_dirty(sb)
sb->s_dirt = 0  to sb_mark_clean(sb)
if (sb->s_dirt) to if (sb_is_dirty(sb))

This patch does not introduce any functional changes, just wraps
the 's_dirt'.
