Subject: [PATCH] microblaze: remove unused HAVE_ARCH_PCI_SET_DMA_MASK
HAVE_ARCH_PCI_SET_DMA_MASK was removed in 2.6.36 (no architecture has
the own implementation of pci_set_dma_mask).
