The size is determined by PERCPU_DYNAMIC_EARLY_SIZE, so bumping it up

PERCPU_DYNAMIC_RESERVE too. PERCPU_DYNAMIC_EARLY_SIZE is currently
12k. How high should it be?

Thanks.
