Subject: [PATCH 09/11] Removing dead ETRAX_NETWORK_RED_ON_NO_CONNECTION

ETRAX_NETWORK_RED_ON_NO_CONNECTION doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore
removing all references for it from the source code.
