Subject: [PATCH] arch/microblaze: Removing dead CONTIGUOUS_PAGE_ALLOC
 config option

CONFIG_CONTIGUOUS_PAGE_ALLOC doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore removing
all references to it from the source.
