This can be:

 {
-       if (erst_tab->header_length != sizeof(struct acpi_table_erst))
+       if (erst_tab->header_length !=
+           (sizeof(struct acpi_table_erst) - sizeof(erst_tab->header)))

like Yinghai has been done.
