Subject: [PATCH 4/9] sparc: make drivers/of/pdt.c no longer sparc-only


Clean up pdt.c:
 - make build dependent upon config OF_PROMTREE
 - #ifdef out the sparc-specific stuff
 - create pdt-specific header
