Subject: [PATCH -tip 1/5] [RESEND] kprobes: Update document about irq disabled
state in kprobe handler
Update kprobes.txt about interrupts disabled state inside
kprobes handlers, because optimized probe/boosted kretprobe
run without disabling interrrupts on x86.
