Subject: [RFCv3 11/21] tcm: Add Task Management infrastructure
From: Nicholas Bellinger <nab@...ux-iscsi.org>
This patch adds SPC-3 task management infrastructure and functionality for
LUN_RESET with TASK_ABORTED status (TAS) and in combination with handling
Persistent Reservation PREEMPT_AND_ABORT service action.
