Subject: [PATCH] ipmi: proper spinlocks initializations
Unloading ipmi module can trigger following error.
(if CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK=y)

Fix this by initializing spinlocks in a smi_info_alloc() helper
function, right after memory allocation and clearing.
