Subject: [GIT PULL] sound fixes for 2.6.37-rc4

Linus,

please pull sound fixes for v2.6.37-rc4 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git for-linus

This became a bit bigger amount of commits than usual at this stage.
It's simply because I've been on vacation and fixes have been
pending for a while.

Most of commits are either trivial fixes (typo, cast, etc), new quirk
entries or simple regression fixes. One big change is found in ASoC
i.MX driver. This was postponed until i.MX tree merge into the
mainline.

Thanks!

Takashi
