Subject: [PATCH] hid: hidpidff: Use pr_<level>

Prefixes were not standardized in this module.
Some used "hid-pidff:", others "hidpidff:".
Add pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt to standardize prefix uses.
Convert to pr_<level>, strip leading prefix.
Use normal pr_debug not debug, add trailing "\n".
Coalesced long formats.
