Subject: [PATCH] drm: Add __attribute__((format (printf...) to
 drm_ut_debug_printk and fix fallout

Add __attribute__((format (printf... to drm_ut_debug_printk.
Make arguments and formats match in drm and drm/i915.
Change non-debug DRM_<logging> to use no_printk.
