Subject: [PATCH v3 10/22] netconsole: Rename netconsole_target ->
	netpoll_target

Rename targets from "struct netconsole_target" to "struct
netpoll_target" as they will soon no longer be netconsole specific.

While here, also rename the configfs related types.
