Yeah I know - the list is far from being complete ;)
receive and others will be fixed in a another patch set when I get some time 
on my hands.

I thought it would be the best to commit this patch immediately to get some 
feedback on the process and to make the patches still manageable ~ 200k in 241 
files is quite a lot ;)
