Well, as far as I can see, tcp_prequeue_init only accesses the ucopy-fields of 
tcp_sock, which are defined in linux/tcp.h.

BTW: shouldn't linux/tcp.h include linux/dmaengine.h ? It has a reference to 
"struct dma_pinned_list"
