Subject: [PATCH 1/6] mm: use BUG_ON correctly in nommu.c

This patch makes BUG_ON() usage correct in mm/nommu.c. Since there
are 2 lines even before 2.6.12, I am not able to find out the original
author, Cc Andrew as well.
