Mind rebasing against Linus' tree or mmc-next?  Guennadi has merged
tmio_mmc.h into tmio_mmc.c there.

Once the patch applies, I'll merge it into mmc-next with a Reviewed-by:
line from Guennadi unless anyone objects.
