Subject: Why Microsoft Wins

Anyone that is a US Federal employee should head over to the
governmentreform.ideascale.com site and vote on the idea that promotes
not paying Microsoft twice for each computer that the Federal
government purchases.



No wonder Microsoft's numbers are still beating Linux. Quite a few are
double purchases by the government.
