Subject: [PATCH 03/16] Staging: hv: Move the definition of struct storvsc_device

In preparation for getting rid of the inclusion of storvsc.c from
blkvsc.c, move the definition of struct storvsc_device
from storvsc.c to storvsc_api.h.
