Subject: [PATCH 2/3] mm: Add SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macro
Add SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macro which aligns
given pfn to upper section and lower section boundary accordingly.
