Subject: [PATCH] futex: set FLAGS_HAS_TIMEOUT during demux for FUTEX_WAIT

The FLAGS_HAS_TIMEOUT flag was not getting set, causing the restart_block to
restart futex_wait() without a timeout after a signal.
