Subject: [PATCH] mn10300: convert old cpumask API into new one

Andrew,

Please drop mn10300-replace-mm-cpu_vm_mask-with-mm_cpumask.patch. This
is updated patch.

------------------------------------------------------------
Adapt new API.

We plant to remove old cpumask APIs later. Thus this patch convert
them into new one.
