Subject: [PATCH] ext4: count hits/misses of extent cache and expose in sysfs.

The number of hits and misses for each filesystem is exposed in
/sys/fs/ext4/<dev>/extent_cache_{hits, misses}.

Tested: fsstress, manual checks.
