Subject: [GIT PULL] sound updates #2 for 2.6.40

Linus,

please pull sound updates (part 2) for v2.6.40-rc1 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git for-linus

As usual, the episode 2 is mostly boring. It contains some pending
updates that missed in the previous pull request, and last-minute
fixes after it. Large portion of changes are for USB M-Audio
FastTrack device support, and a few ASoC and HD-audio updates.

Thanks!

Takashi
