Subject: [PATCH] gpio: add GPIOF_ values regardless on kconfig settings
From: Randy Dunlap <randy.dunlap@...cle.com>
Make GPIOF_ defined values available even when GPIOLIB nor GENERIC_GPIO
is enabled by moving them to <linux/gpio.h>.
