If you're gonna be in Japan, I'd recommend Yoichi (a single-malt from
Nikka); it's one of the absolute best Japanese whiskies I've had.
[I've only had the 10- and 12-year old, both of which are very good, but
the 15-year old is supposed to be spectacular...]
