Subject: [PATCHv4 2/4][RESEND] tps65912: irq: add interrupt controller

This module controls the interrupt handling for the tps65912.
The interrupt sources can be the following:

- GPIO
- PWRON signal
- PWRHOLD signal
- Temperature detection
