Subject: [PATCH] spi: Convert uses of struct resource * to resource_size(ptr)

Done via coccinelle scripts like:

@@
struct resource *ptr;
@@

- ptr->end - ptr->start + 1
+ resource_size(ptr)

and some grep and typing.

Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.
