Subject: [PATCH][Trivial] SCSI, Target, tcm_loop: Remove include duplicate

Commit e66ecd50 added a duplicate include of scsi/scsi_tcq.h to 
drivers/target/loopback/tcm_loop.c - this patch removes the duplicate.
