Subject: [PATCH 1/2] mtd: make ofpart buildable as a separate module
As ofpart now uses a standard mtd partitions parser interface, make it
buildable as a separate module. Also provide MODULE_DESCRIPTION and
MODULE_AUTHOR for this module.
