Subject: [PATCH] staging: et131x: Remove typedefs from et1310_phy.h

Fixes the associated checkpatch warnings.
Tested with ifconfig/general use of a device (Agere Systems ET-131x PCI-E
Ethernet Controller (rev 02)).
