Subject: [PATCH] btrfs-progs-unstable: replace debug-tree to btrfs-debug-tree in INSTALL

debug-tree doesn't exist after btrfs-progs installed.
Use btrfs-debug-tree to print FS metadata in text form,
not debug-tree.
